This deck, as seen on The O'Reilly Factor, was published by Kathy Eder, a school teacher in Los Gatos, California.
The deck features 52 revealing quotes on the Bush administration agenda on the war, administration ties to Iraq, and the corporate-government links. It is more of an issues-based deck.
Some of the images are clip art, one photo of a soldier in goggles is repeated on 19 cards. The print on the decks is small and less than crisp.

Republican Chickenhawks

This deck features Republicans, who, although they are now War Hawks, evaded the laws of the day requiring military service. Their website has a great "$$Dollar Clock" showing the cost of the Iraq war to this second.
Both George Will (4 of diamonds) and Roy Blunt (7 of clubs) are given nearly identical quotes deriding the French. This deck refers repeatedly to "President Cheney". George Bush is listed as "Puppet" and the Karl Rove card is "Puppeteer".

This deck shows no copyright or publisher info. It was obtained from a table in Times Square. It is the closest thing to the Iraqi Most Wanted Deck, even using the same desert camo back design. It shows politicians and corporate CEO's. O'Reilly is the only media pundit listed (Jack of Hearts). Some photos are in black and white, and some are low resolution.
